Basicdwell provides a limited warranty focused on items that are defective on arrival (DOA) and certain delivery-related issues, as described below.
DOA / Defective on Arrival (48-Hour Window)
If your item is defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos (and any relevant details) so we can evaluate the issue.
What We May Offer (Resolution Options)
After review, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

A replacement shipment (where available and appropriate)

A refund (processed within 10 business days after approval)

Another reasonable solution based on the circumstances
Damage in Transit / Wrong Item
If the package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Return shipping responsibility for confirmed cases is handled by the seller on a case-by-case basis after review.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover issues reported outside the 48-hour window for DOA/delivery damage claims, or issues caused by factors outside normal delivery and arrival conditions.
