Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Orders $120 or more ship free. Orders under $120 have a flat $12 shipping fee.

When will my order ship?
Processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed by 6:00 pm (CST) begin processing sooner when possible, but processing time still applies.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
Typical transit time after shipment is 3–6 business days. Carrier delays can occur.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, we provide a tracking number in your shipment notification. Tracking may not update immediately after label creation.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status.
After shipment: cancellations are not permitted; please follow the return process.

What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Quality issues / wrong item / delivery damage: seller covers return shipping responsibility on a case-by-case basis after review.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

Are taxes added at checkout?
No. Product prices are tax-included, and we do not add additional tax at checkout.
