Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains what is possible depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process.

Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before shipment. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status at the time we receive your request. If the order is already being prepared or queued for shipment, we may be unable to stop it.

After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please follow the Returns & Refund Policy within the 30-day return window.

Order Cutoff Reference
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 pm (CST). Requests received after this time are handled during the next service day, and the order may continue moving through processing.
